ABOUT STOMP
Stomp Impressions Pty Ltd has been producing innovative and influential collectable automotive artwork for over 25 years.
Stomp was created by artist James Bailey who, to this day, draws every piece by hand.

Growing up in North Eastern Victoria, James, like many other young blokes, was quite taken by his local muscle car scene and its distinctive culture.
Rather than build or modify cars, James decided to illustrate them. From the age of 19, and from what some would call meager beginnings
in Shepparton--highly recognised for its strong car culture--James turned his talent for art towards his love of cars.
Local enthusiasts were captivated. Word spread, and they were soon lining up to buy his portraits.
In 1995 James registered ‘James Bailey Illustration’. With a box of pencils, an art board and the support his local community, a business came to life.
James went on to develop a unique style that captured more than photography ever could: personality, familiarity and perpetuity. By hand.
In 1997, James broadened his business, James Bailey Illustration became Stomp Impressions Pty Ltd.
Joined by his brother Robert of whom was assigned head of sales and production, Stomp moved forward.
Touring Car Events, visiting trade shows and Gift Fairs nationally.
Stomp obtained Holden, Ford and HSV licenses and went on to open up its very own Stomp Shops throughout Westfield Shopping Centers.
Wall hangings remain the permanent product line but Stomp has also produced T-shirts, Stickers, Canvas Prints and offers a huge range of Graphic art services.
Stomp artwork can also be found on Gift cards, Bar runners, Floor mats, Poker sets, Quilt Covers, Key rings, Can coolers, Clocks and Tin signs.
Today, James lives in Melbourne, Australia. Stomp operates from a studio in the northern suburb of Brunswick.
High quality printed artwork with a signature style is still the focus.
All work is original, drawn by hand and coloured with inks and Prismacolor pencils, just as it was in James’ bedroom in1995.
If you bought an Authentic Stomp framed print 15 years ago, it would still perfectly match the one you are buying today.
Over the years, Stomp has sold 100,000+ framed prints in retail outlets, its online store and in Stompshops throughout Australia and internationally.
The collection now exceeds 2500 pieces. It spans a huge range of vehicles including HSV, Holden, Chevrolet, Ford, FPV, Valiant, Dodge, Subaru, Mazda, Nissan,
VW and, of course, leading race cars.
Stomp artwork is recognisable, rich in detail and possesses a unique flair unlike anything else of its kind.
When you are buying from Stomp, you are buying from a down-to-earth, self-made Australian company-- thrilled to be doing what it does and privileged
to be sharing it with others.
James wants his artwork to be enjoyed by automotive enthusiasts worldwide for many years to come.
