Every effort is made to ensure that both the pictures and product descriptions accurately describe the goods that you will receive, however Stomp Impressions cannot guarantee that slight variations will not occur.
We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, MasteCard and Amex Credit Cards, Paypal and Direct Deposit. Credit Card details are transmitted on the web using secure technology provided by Stripe https://stripe.com/au
At Stomp Impressions we take online security very seriously. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification. We use 128-bit Strong Encryption
All Stomp Impressions prices are inclusive of postage, handling and GST for Australian residents.
Delivery is usually within 7-10 working days. In the unlikely event of us not being able to fulfill this commitment to you we will inform you as soon as possible.
Many of the items at the Stompshop site are hand made in Australia and kept as stock. If an item is currently out of stock, this will be indicated on the order screen. As we do not hold your credit/debit card details on file, when the item is back in stock, we will e-mail you and invite you to reorder.
Returns and refunds
We at Stomp Impressions have every confidence that you will be delighted with your purchases. However, should you not be completely satisfied, we have a 14-day, no questions asked return policy. Return any item to us in its original condition, within 14 days of receipt,vStomp will pay the cost of return postage and refund the purchase price within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Refunds are provided in the form of a cheque made payable to the named individual on the credit card.

If you order any product from this web site it will be on the terms which are stated in these Conditions which you accept by placing an order for that product through this Site or by telephone, writing or other means.

2.1 When you send to us an order for a Product, we will check the availability of the Product and if it is available, and we accept your order,
then we will send you a return e-mail or fax with an attached receipt of order.
3.1 The price set out on the Site includes GST and postage and handling costs.
4.1 If we accept your order, then the Product will be delivered to the address which you communicated to us at the time of placing your order. The respective Product will then be delivered to you within 7-10 working days of you submitting your order to us or such other longer period as agreed between you and us.
5 Inability of us to fulfill Order
5.1 If, for any reason beyond our reasonable control, it is not possible for us to let you have the Product then we will inform you of this fact and refund you in full for all the money which we have charged you, within 30 days.
6.1 Your credit card or debit card account will be debited with the cost of the Product if we decide to accept your order.
7.1 Although we use reasonable endeavors to ensure that both the picture and product descriptions accurately describe the Products that you will receive, you accept that there may be minor variations in frame work.
8.1 If you cancel your order then you must return the Product to us within 14 days from the date on which you received it otherwise you will be obliged to pay the cost of return postage or the costs we incur in retrieving the product from you. We will then provide you with a full refund within 30 days from the day on which your notice of cancellation was provided to us.
8.2 If the Product is not what you requested or it was damaged in some way whilst being delivered or there is a genuine defect with the Product, then you must let us know as soon as possible by either emailing us at email@example.com or telephoning us on 0419 845 951We will then at your request either provide you with a refund or a replacement product, after you return the defective product to us.
8.3 If you have any other complaints to make about our service, then please let us know by the methods set out above.
9. We shall not be liable to you for any loss of profit, loss of business or other economic loss since by entering into a contract with us you are confirming that you are acting as a consumer and not in the course of a business.
10 Use Limitation
10.1 The Product is being provided for your personal use only and not for any commercial purpose whatsoever.
11 Changes to the Conditions
11.1 We are continually seeking to update and improve the Site. Therefore, we may make changes to any part of the Site including these terms and conditions and you will be bound by the terms current on this Site on the date when you place an order with us. The prices of the Products may also change and therefore (subject to a price not being clearly incorrect) a price for a Product is only valid on the date when you place an order.
12 Invalidity of Terms and Conditions
12.1 If any of these terms or conditions become void or unenforceable for any reason under any applicable law, then such terms or conditions will be deemed omitted from the contract and the validity and/or enforceability of the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
13 Choice of Law and Jurisdiction
13.1 These terms and conditions are governed by Australian Law and both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian Courts.
